Sleeping in with Dad

First, we got to get dressed in a charming outfit provided by Aunt Renee and Uncle Jeff (and cousins Carter and Camden).

It was so comfortable, Oliver just had to do some dancing.

Then we went to Children’s Hospital for the first of our weekly appointments to fix his clubfoot.  The process is pretty straightforward – just slightly correct the foot, then slap a rigid cast on it for that week.  Wash, rinse, repeat until foot looks perfect.

Trying out posting to the blog from my phone.

Here are a few pictures which Bruce took while visiting the hospital and we observed Oliver’s 0th birthday party.

We made it home successfully, Oliver loved the car seat until the very last second when we pulled into the driveway.

Then we had fun introducing the new family member to everyone.  Blu and Oliver get along swimmingly, except Blu isn’t quite sure what to do about loud crying – her current best response is to bark loudly.  We’ll be working on that one…

Dave has been asleep at the wheel, not taking pictures of everyone, but here’s a few of the people that have stopped by over the past two days.
