Camping at Bedal (July)
Posted in Uncategorized | 2 Comments »Mommy made Cedar Plank Salmon over a charcoal grill, everyone said it was really yummy…I enjoyed it afterwards in liquid form.
Mommy says I have to stay warm…
I discovered a new food, raspberries…YUM!
What the *#?!, get me out of there mom, it’s WAY to cold!
Mommy, I know I’m a baby but that doesn’t mean I have to be a nudist!
Daddy, I just want to eat the rocks!
I do love the water even when it is ice cold.
Me in my chariot, mommy walked me all uphill for almost 2 miles, she was tired!
Playing ball with Bruce, he let me hit his head with it, silly Bruce!
Blood is rushing to my head, really fast!
Let’s see what you have in there, maybe dentistry will be my calling. I can start on my mommy…I hear she has really bad teeth!
This is the nut job from the other side of the campground…he somehow found his way into Auntie Teresa’s tent!
Blu is all tuckered!
Daddy kisses.
What are these things and how do I get them?!?
New doggy hat, I think I inhaled to much campfire smoke!
Last night of camping, enjoying the nice toasty fire before bed. Thanks Uncle Bruce for organizing everything, I love to see you and play all day long.

Low Tide Part 2
Posted in Uncategorized | 1 Comment »Mommy took me back to the beach for the lowest tide of the summer and this time Katri, James, Jessica and Karli came with us. We had so much fun!
Katri was helping James walk over the slimy mess, he didn’t like it very much.
If I didn’t know any better I would think that was a sea monster, yikes! Mommy tells me it is called a Sun Star.
A purple Starfish
Me and my mommy…
Eeek, it’s a crab, a much bigger one!
Karli dug out a Sea Snail and Jessica found it very interesting! I thought it was rather slimy!
James has a baby Sun Star in his hand, that was the only thing he was brave enough to touch.
Thanks for coming along everyone, I always love to see you!

Low Tide!
Posted in Uncategorized | 1 Comment »Today mommy and daddy took me to Golden Gardens in Ballard because it was the lowest tide of the summer.
It’s going to be awhile until this guys goes anywhere!
We also got to see Native Americans heading off on their journey to Neah Bay. http://paddletomakah.org/
Some history:
The event is in its 21st year. Each summer, as many as 100 canoes from U.S. tribes and Canadian First Nations participate in the Tribal Canoe Journey. The journey by cedar canoe honors a centuries-old custom of transport, harvest and trade by Coast Salish Tribes.

What a cool tradition!
These are worm like things we found under the rocks…daddy would take the rock off and they would wiggle around like crazy. Daddy wasn’t sure what to do the first time.
A hermit crab
Mommy and daddy wouldn’t let me eat this, but I sure wanted to!
Help, it’s got me!
Daddy, you are nasty!
Standing at the top of the water table. Mommy is going to bring me back on Monday when the water is out further, I can’t wait!

Travelin’ Man
Posted in Uncategorized | 1 Comment »This weekend my daddy & mommy took me to Vancouver…the other Vancouver, up in Canada. It was so cool. My auntie Tanya told mommy about Granville Island so they took me there and I think my mommy is in love. I really loved it too because they have a community water park that is FREE! Mommy says we will be going back often.
Run daddy, run!
Going through the car wash…
That was a wet one!
Fun stuff!
Check out my cool trick, now I’m in Canada…
Still in Canada as you can see…
Good thing I have this…cause they may not let me back into America!
Glad this thing has pictures, otherwise it would be pretty boring.
Mastering the art of reading upside down. This is a great talent folks!
ahh…the nice green grass, in…can you guess?
The United States of America! That was a pretty cool trick huh, in Canada one minute and the US in the other. I’m just a traveling baby!
Mommy, it’s time to go, daddy is almost through the border…we don’t want him to leave without us!
Thanks for hanging out with us Daryl, we all hope you enjoy the rest of your time in Vancouver and have a great trip back to Ontario. I hope one day I get to come visit you in Ontario one day.

Kalia watching the roller coaster, she liked it just as much as I did.
I enjoyed the Flamingo’s, they were talkin’ up a storm!
On Saturday mommy and daddy took me to the San Diego Zoo
This was our view at lunch, I enjoyed watching the water
What is on my head…one day you are going to tell me it isn’t ok to play with the napkins, shame on you mommy!
This Chimp was so adorable…playing and having a good ole’ time, I could have watched her for hours!
Little did I know that she was sticking her had down her throat to barf up some stuff and re-eat it. Mommy told me this was NEVER allowed!
Check out the neck on these turtles! My grandma’s turtles would be super cool if they could do that.
Lovebirds, just like my mommy and daddy!
I really do have it easy! Chillin’ in the stroller while mommy and daddy push me everywhere.
This was a BIG cat!
It’s a little monkey, just like me.
Good thing the lions were sleeping…
One sleepy camel, he even poops in his sleep just like me!
Man, I’m so stinkin’ cute!
Let’s go on a safari!
I love you daddy, but I’m not going anywhere with you and that hat!
Daddy was doing his part and wearing the nursing cover to keep the sun off my tender head while I took a nap.
