Today mommy and daddy took me to Golden Gardens in Ballard because it was the lowest tide of the summer.
It’s going to be awhile until this guys goes anywhere!

We also got to see Native Americans heading off on their journey to Neah Bay. http://paddletomakah.org/
Some history:
The event is in its 21st year. Each summer, as many as 100 canoes from U.S. tribes and Canadian First Nations participate in the Tribal Canoe Journey. The journey by cedar canoe honors a centuries-old custom of transport, harvest and trade by Coast Salish Tribes.

What a cool tradition!

These are worm like things we found under the rocks…daddy would take the rock off and they would wiggle around like crazy. Daddy wasn’t sure what to do the first time.
A hermit crab

Mommy and daddy wouldn’t let me eat this, but I sure wanted to!
Help, it’s got me!

Daddy, you are nasty!

Standing at the top of the water table. Mommy is going to bring me back on Monday when the water is out further, I can’t wait!

This weekend my daddy & mommy took me to Vancouver…the other Vancouver, up in Canada. It was so cool. My auntie Tanya told mommy about Granville Island so they took me there and I think my mommy is in love. I really loved it too because they have a community water park that is FREE! Mommy says we will be going back often.

Run daddy, run!

Going through the car wash…

That was a wet one!

Fun stuff!

Check out my cool trick, now I’m in Canada…

Still in Canada as you can see…

Good thing I have this…cause they may not let me back into America!

Glad this thing has pictures, otherwise it would be pretty boring.

Mastering the art of reading upside down. This is a great talent folks!
ahh…the nice green grass, in…can you guess?

The United States of America! That was a pretty cool trick huh, in Canada one minute and the US in the other. I’m just a traveling baby!
Mommy, it’s time to go, daddy is almost through the border…we don’t want him to leave without us!
Thanks for hanging out with us Daryl, we all hope you enjoy the rest of your time in Vancouver and have a great trip back to Ontario. I hope one day I get to come visit you in Ontario one day.
