Aren’t thumbs wonderful?!! Always handy any time – day or night. No need to send out an urgent call “Where’s the binky? Find the binky!!”
You come from a long line of smart kiddos who know how to calm themselves and soothe themselves to sleep — including your Daddy and Gramma. Hurray for thumbs!

Ruby – Your Gramma is so right. Thumbs are very portable. Your Mom and your Uncle Seth enjoyed their’s for many years. Your Mom stopped when I told her that she would get buck teeth if she kept sucking her thumb. I said the same thing to Uncle Seth, but he didn’t care.
